Zucchini Pasta

1- Cook 380g whole grain pasta according to instructions.

2- Mince and sauté

1 jalapeno

3 cloves garlic

3- Dice and add

2 2/3 cups zucchinis (about 3)

4- Set aside

5- Deglaze pan with

2 cups water

Juice 1 lemon

6- Add and stir occasionally

1/2 tsp mustard powder

2 bay leaves

2 tsp dried basil

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder

2 tsp sage powder

1 tsp ground green pepper

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2/3 cup plant-based yogurt

7- Add

Cooked pasta

Zucchinis that were set aside

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Pasta cooking water if need be

8- Stir

9- Serve with quarter of a lemon and cracked pepper.
