Cashew Cream

In a blender, pulverize

1 cup cashew nuts

3/4 cup water

2 tbsp lemon juice

This recipe makes for a very thick cream (like fresh cream). A little bit goes a long way and it is a great addition to make any sauce taste smoother very quickly.
