Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
1- In a bowl, mix
3 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp curcuma
1 tsp cayenne pepper powder*
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder
3 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp flax-meal
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mustard powder
2- Cut cauliflower head into florets (about the size of chicken wings) and mix with sauce.
3- Cook on baking tray lined with parchment paper at 450 fahrenheit for 10 min, then turn around and cook another 10 min.
4- Cook another 5 min on each side on Broil.
5- Sprinkle cut green onion and cilantro on top to taste.
6- Serve with yogurt and hot sauce.
*For those who have never eaten buffalo wings before, they can be quite spicy. If that is not your style, you can simply omit the cayenne pepper.
