Apple Cinnamon Granola Bars

1- In a food processor, chop

1 cup almonds until they are very small, but have not yet turned into a flour.

2- Add

2 tbsp flax-meal

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup dates

3- Pulverize until dates are in very small chunks, except for some bigger ones (similar to raisins in size. This is for texture purposes only, if you prefer, you may pulverize completely).

4- Add

2/3 cup applesauce

Mix and add

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

2 cups rolled oats

5- Pulse to incorporate.

6- Pour in an oven-safe 9X9 container lined with parchment paper.

7- Cook at 350 fahrenheit for 22 min.

8- Let cool for 10 min.

9- Cut into granola bars (10-12).
