Green Smoothie

In a blender, pulverize

1 kiwi

1 pear

1 green apple

1/3 cup baby spinach

1/4 cucumber (with skin)

2/3 cup ice

2/3 cup water

1 tsp lime zest

Green Smoothie

This smoothie is refreshing and energizing. Whether it be to stay hydrated on a hot day, after a training session or to get a boost after a hard days’ work, it never fails to put a smile on my face :).
